            SPB-637 锡膏配制工艺

            锡铅合金系

            1、配制锡粉Sn 63/Pb 37、Sn 62/Pb 36 / Ag 2 ..

                  粒径 20-38µm  type - 4  …  助焊剂比例(此比例依助焊剂不同而异) 11.3 ± 0.2 wt%

                  粒径 25-45µm  type – 3  …  助焊剂比例(此比例依助焊剂不同而异) 11.1 ± 0.2 wt%

                  ※ 初次配制 type-3以11.1%,配制type-4以11.2% 确认黏度特性 ※

                  ☆ 锡粉放入搅锡锅前,应测定锡粉温度,锡粉温度应<25℃,。如锡粉温度过高,应置于阴凉处使其温度降到<25℃再行搅拌。

            2、以type – 4 锡粉为例,依目标比例先将助焊剂称入搅拌锅并适度搅拌,而后再将锡粉徐徐加入搅拌锅。

                  ※ 配制锡膏应仔细确认锡粉及助焊剂相对比例是否正确※

            3、必须視投产计划量,适度决定搅拌速率,请参考以下表列建议参数。

            4、每阶段搅拌完成后,都必须将搅拌锅锅壁及搅拌棒残留之未曾均匀混合之焊剂与锡粉,用塑料刮刀刮入已搅拌的搅拌锅中混合

                   均匀。

                  ※ 搅拌锅再次定位,即可进行下一阶段搅拌工艺程序直到完成全部作业 ※

            5、结束全部搅拌作业程序后,静置四小时即可取样进行黏度测试。

                  ※ 装罐、冷藏封箱保存 ※

            注意事项:

            1、生产作业应在洁净室环境完成,避免灰尘污染产品。

            2、生产环境应在温湿度控制环境中进行。

            3、每批生产批应取样品,分别进行基础检测并确认及保留数据。

            4、 Flux 勿高温下久置,需在5~10℃冷藏,开封前需回温4小时。

            5、 生产前需确认设备及材料洁净状况且未受其它危害物质污染。

                ※  初次配制 type – 3 以 11.3%,配制 type -4 以11.4% 确认黏度特性 ※

                (因为各家供应商锡粉状态不一,因此需要先以中心值配制后再适度修正配比)

            2、◎以配制各型锡膏作业步骤如下:(锡粉应先过筛处理 / 网目 100 ~ 200 皆可)

            锡粉配比量:10000﹡88.6%=8860g
